Registration Fee (including 18 % GST) :
Students/Post Doc/RA: INR. 2000/-
Others: INR 3500/-
Registration fee includes attending all the lectures, demonstrations/hands-on training, informal discussion sessions (where ever possible) and meals during the School. All participants shall receive E-certificate for their participation. It does not include transport boarding and transport charges.
Cancellation and refund of registration fee: Considered under unavoidable circumstances (deducting 20 % for processing charges)
Indian participants should make online payments/bank transfers with the bank details provided. Participant has to bear any bank charge. No cash/cheque/DD will be accepted. Participants should submit correct transaction details to verify the payment. Verification may get delayed if details do not match our School bank account.

Student Travel Support Details
(Note: The School would provide a limited number of travel awards to Indian students, who do not havetravel support through fellowship/grant/Institute, for which students need to submit their application in the attached format on or before August 31, 2023, while online registration of ISRR 2023. Onward-return travel by 3-tier (shortest route) fare would be reimbursed. Preference would be given to students working in the research areas relevant to the School to Ph.D. students, Post Doc, Research Associates. Shortlisted students would be intimatedon/before August 30, 2023).
Registration process:
1. Provide correct and complete information. Registration form submission will be complete only after verification of the link provided in your email after you click on apply. Complete your verification as early as possible.
Except for invited faculty/delegate, it would be mandatory for participants to pay the registration fee and provide transaction details.
2. Details of Registration fee: Provide all details including payment details (attach proof of payment along with details for easy verification)
3. Travel Support Application: Participants who wish to apply for the travel award should attach a PDF file of the form filed and signed.
Before initiating the registration process, keep your registration payment details and duly filled the signed/approved Student Travel Support Award Form (PDF version; in case you wish to apply for Student Travel Support) ready. Download Student Travel Support Award Form
Provide the correct email ID as the verification link would be sent to the email mentioned only. Check your spam folder also. In case, you make a mistake in the email mentioned, you may register again with the correct email. Only applications verified by the applicant would be considered final. After successful submission of your registration, you would receive an email intimation. In case, you have registered with incorrect information, you may write to us to reset your login for new registration. Please note that using your email, you can register only once.
